the ideas great, but i think you overdid it. try again! it would be a really good idea if you'd model the camoufllage suits with putty to let them look like leafs or something. the grass thing you tried is not bad, but it looked cooler if the rangers "peaked through two bunches of them or so. give it a second try! there is potential there!
