I'm really pleased w/ how the figure turned out. I think he looks very "real" and the base is probably the best I've ever done. The base on this mini was sculpted using epoxy putty and the snow is a product called Snow Flakes.

Before I saw the name of the painter I thought, "That looks like Sivousplay's painting style." Impressive as always.

the face and hair look nice but it looks dull and needs more and different colors

IMO truly, utterly superb. All the slightly negative comments, to me, seem to have missed the point entirely. This mini is a masterpiece of understatement and a demonstration of the effects that can be achieved using a limited pallette. I aspire to be able to paint like this. There is no one else I would rather emulate. Jim you are a VERY talented guy. Mick you are a very lucky guy.
