I'm giving these a solid 6. The paint job is certainly better than Table top. Looks like you had some issues with a glossy clear coat. A duller varnish might help. Also the hat that the one on the right is wearing looks unfinished.
the picture is massive so you can see all the bad bits too, nevermind.
these are 25mm figs painted over a white undercoat and then varnished with a bit too much spray varnish (d'oh).
