Mars Rover (Curiosity), first player marker in Terraforming Mars game
Painted together with my daughter. Really adds to the game, I feel, and great homage to the real-life rover. The weathering came out better than I expected on the flat top part of the mini. Painted pure white and then washed with the Army Painter soft shade, which usually results in unnatural dirty spots on flat areas, but this time the coverage was pretty smooth. Comments / critiques welcome! Do you think these kinds of miniatures look better with a weathered look or a clean look? Red base or black base? (The red base was to match the original token outline.)
