Goblin Standard Bearer

Best of show at a local painting competition, confirming the addage "a mushroom on the base always wins" :) Painted with Vallejo Game and Model Color with a greenstuff-over-electircal-wire base. around 40 hours work in total. The checks were painted with a brush, and by themselves took about 4 hours, with multiple iterations of lining, filling squares, and fixing boo-boos... Unfortunately, I'm having a little trouble taking photos nowadays. Seems like the better I get at painting, the worse I get at the photos. For example, the background on both front and back are the same cyan paper, with the same lighting, and yet they come out different. At least the blends still look smooth. I tried to fix it with photo editing, but most changes made it look worse.

Well, I saw it in person so I can testify that it looks awesome. Smooth and smooth. Great job Myke. This pic doesn't capture how fine your blends are on the skin and that banner!
