Edmond Dumont

This Reaper Edmond Dumont figure was done as a 40th Birthday present for a colleague who favours “designer” clothes. Here you go Shaun, enjoy!! Working from the top down the hat’s a mixture of Citadel Midnight Blue with Liche Purple. The feather is Vallejo Royal Purple with very light additions of Violet Blue and then final mix of Skull White added in. The tunic sleeves are blended up from Midnight Blue mixing with Regal Blue and then Royal Purple and final highlights made by adding Fortress Grey. The tunic body was Again Midnight Blue and Regal blue mixed and then highlighted by adding Fortress Grey. Trousers were Regal Blue and then Highlighted with the addition of Fortress Grey. A tonal wash of Payne’s Grey enriched the final shadows and toned down the highlights.

It's who? I swear that is a perfect likeness of the Grey Mouser from the cover of the paper back edition of "The Knight and Knaive of Swords." Minor nit pick. If that is really a studded cod piece, then the leggings are more hose than blue jeans. Otherwise a great paint job!

Your eyes are indeed weakening Vince ... but this is still a great paint job. I now have to track down a copy of Edmond Dumont myself!

Is it my weak old eyes or is that guy wearing pin stripes on the pants? If he is then bravo to you sir. (if not then bravo anyway). Very striking face but I personally would darkline the eyes a tad more.
