Bad picture aside, the modelling is not up to a good standard. Since this is a Lizardman designed to ride on a Carnosaur, you can see how the saddle doesn't fit the back of the Cold One (which appears to be from a Dark Elf casting), and that throws proportion off.
Sculpt the saddle down, or start your conversion work from one of the Lizardman models already designed to ride Cold Ones - probably much easier.
