Its not terrible. Its even OK. But!
Brighten up your palette double quick. Your painting hides the detail of the mini instead of enhancing it. Dont photograph minis in front of your computer. And Please no glossy varnish glossy varnish is the bane of any halfway reasonable paintjob.
Tabletop Quality. I think voting lower than that is excessive. It is based and painted reasonably neatly. Glossy photo/model and dark colours are not mortal sins...
