This is the Grenadier "Female bodyguard with SMG" figure I got from New Wave, painted as some sort of urban rebel. The tie-dyed t-shirt effect is just hand-painted, no trick there. The police shield is cut from a plastic water bottle, and the smoke/gas is teased cotton wool. The pavement effect is just the pebbled surface of the GW 40mm base, drybrushed. "Hasta la victoria siempre!"
