Your photo is too close up first of all, probably makes it looks worse than it is. Its a good effort but you need to work more on you highlight placement and teqnique. Also too much colour in the eyes, just dot them white if you can put a small enough amount on for an iris.
Ok. It's a good photo! I think you should perfectionate the skin. On the hair you can stress the fine black lines between hairs. On the legs the colours are not very good aplicated. You should with the progressive colours. At the other parts of the clothes the same. The base is so good! But don't worry! You have to practise and practise and with years you will paint really good!
