I couldn't decide between two poses. So, I've posted a 2nd. Lots of new stuff on this one for me ... I've never tried to paint something so bright. While I've never spoken with her about painting, I have to thank Jen Haley's Freebooter Chaos Sorceress for my inspiration on this one. In trying to duplicate her paintjob on my own version of that fig, I learned just how important dark is when trying to make something glow. Absolutely BEE-YOO-TEE-FOOL!!! I love the color scheme and tonality. Very nicely done. You really have captured a feel of temperature.

i love the base (how did you do this?). but i think that if you paint the armour in a cold colour it would be better..anyway, a cool mini!!
