3' is less than the several hundred it would be in true scale, so it counts ;) Knowing it's 3' tall it's hard to give that bland a paint job a high score though. It looks pretty well done, but on the other hand there's plenty of room for fine detail on such a large model, yet there doesn't appear to be any.
