Although the face looks pretty good the photo is too blurry to tell for sure. It looks like a decent gaming model.
However, your bases could be improved. Try gluing just sand onto the base before priming, removing the larger rocks if they look out of place, then undercoat the model and the base at the same time. After the mini is painted you then drybrush the sand, starting with dark brown (scorched) and moving up to bleached bone. Add static grass in patches and you're done :)
Keep practicing though, you're not bad as it stands :D
