7 for the effort I can see you have put into it. 4 for the result. But then again, it all takes practice so keep it up. I woudl though, if I was you, start with something a bit smaler and easier to paint, and repaint in the case you want to do that later.
i think nvs is being a bit harsh. the pic's not great, but stuff's i n the right spot. perhaps a visit to the eye doc is on order if someone's eyes are sore. i think the lava's fine, could use a touch more. do something with the loin cloth!
The transition just isn't smooth enough in the lava to be honest, it honestly hurts my eyes. It's not a bad model but you'd massively benefit from a better picture and blending the lava. The Avatar is a hard piece to do, I haven't touched one yet as a result.
