Nurgle Dreadnought

I have been converting and painting a Nurgle army for 40k. These are my first big conversions and I wanted to get people's opinions on how they looked.

While my initial reaction was "What the f*** is that?!" I quickly identified what pSyCoFrK69 (awesome name, by the way) was going for. The age-old nurgle dreadnaught. The lack of highlights really shows on this model, and the metal is slopped on quite haphazardly, really causing me some serious brain pain realizing the the painter has yet to learn the technique of dry-brushing metal over a black base. Please continue to paint and learn, this one is well deserving of its 3.1 average rating.

It's really nurgley; I'll give it that. I think it's very difficult to get that corrupted look and still have the painting look sharp and deliberate. I have a hard time with that too. I think having something clear to focus on in the front of the model will help it a lot. You can keep the rest corrupted looking (especially that claw... I like that) but still have a distinct spot that says "here's my dreadnaught."

sorry, butIt s not a good job.... BUT! It's Nurgle, so, in spite of its uglyness, (or perhaps because of it!!!) it looks like a disgusting thing, which is very "nurgle-spirit"
