The mini looks almost OK. You need to paint more carefully next time, cause the inacurate skin color looks worse of all. It would be nice to add some brighter colors and some more dry brush layers (to a brighter color also) on the stones... if its a metal mini it would be good to just clean it and try again, cause to what I see your quite close to a good efect...
