Kyla, Bounty Hunter, Warlord 14025

The crossbow was removed and a new hand/staff was sculpted. Also, the sword was removed from her back, and a new wand case was sculpted (I didn't bother with a back picture). The client specified a character that was a fighter/mage dual class with a bit of a worn look. Although it washed out in the lighting a bit, the staff is actually highlighted with green to a good effect. The worn effect on the miniature's appearance was difficult to pull off without darkening the entire composition...but I'm satisfied with it. I hope you like this one as much as I do.

The worn look is really effective. You did "faded worn" instead of "dirty worn". The leather and steel are perfectly convincing and the colors complement one another very well. I was thinking, though, that the boots could have tan worn marks on the toes. In my disgruntled youth, the GDR surplus combat boots I wore would always need to be redyed on the toes every once in a while. I have this same figure, and I keep procracstinating on it because I keep seeing excellent versions and I don't want to goof it up.
