This one could so easily be an 8, the blending on the red is very nice and the general painting is clean & crisp.
I'd suggest a more progressive blend from the brown to the buff colour on the robe, which would give a more 'natural' look.
Maybe also a stronger highlight on the drill part of the left arm.
With those things I think you'd get a much better score because everything else is very good.
Hope that hasn't come across harsh at all, as it's not meant to :)
