Pharon Noble from VOR

This is a Pharon Noble I did for VOR: The Maelstrom. I opted for a more ancient, antique, warm look than most gold I see on figs. His face is gold because it's not...it's power armor that looks like Tut's sarcophagus. I also have a bunch of books on mummies & ancient Egypt so I stuck to mostly authentic Egyptian colors. They used a very limited palette. I added a few colors (like the purple) to add spice, but would have been better off sticking to fewer total colors. This paintjob was done for my own gaming use, but was also featured in the Pharon Forcebook from FASA Corp., albiet with better photography. Enjoy!

all i can say is wow. i don't think a bigger picture is really neccessary, and basing's up to you. is this a 25mm-ish figure? paint job and sculpt looks like it's much bigger, maybe at least 4" tall. you get a 10 from me, assuming it's ~25mm.

I really like this. The high contrast and warm gold work well. Want to rate it an 8 but can't because no base and the pic's a bit small. Otherwise solid.
