Neo Soviet Mutant Handler
A VOR: The Maelstrom mini that goes along with the Rad Hound I also submitted here. He's holding a stun baton with which to keep his vicious mutants in line & a control "leash" for their electrical shock collars. I love the WW2 fascist look of this fig. Note the groovy red hammer & sickle icon.
