I know the old Yarrick claw was enormous, but that powerfist looks a bit small now (With the original bicep part still attached at least) Maybe a terminator power fist would've fit better.

Very nice job, the conversion is simple but it rids Yarrick from his trademark - the aim of a conversion in the first place; the colors you´ve chosen fit together well.The reds could have used some more highlighting I (know red photographs badly) and the skulls look a bit shabby, but all in all a solid seven +1 for the nice and realistic base.
