i really don't like the red for an uruk-hai, but the picture is very well, and the highlight too.
i don't like the highlight on the face.
PS: in the film Ugluk had blond hair.

I'm not keen on the red, its far to clean for Uruk Hai. However the painting looks really good. The base is a little boring, but you can soon spice that up a little.
The magazine is Battle Games in Middle Earth. They have done a few special minis so far like Theodred and Hama.
I think this overall is nice. The pic is a little unfocused and that hurts scores (lord I know that) but still the quality is visible.
The base has already been mentioned so the only thing I will say is that the red highlights are a little sharp.
Try using an orange in your red instead of white to stop it from going pink.
