Gavin, Warrior Thief
Not a bad end to 2004, as this was one of the last figures that I finished during the year. Originally I was aiming for standard blueish NMM armour, but I mixed too much GW Rotten Flesh into it as I was going along; it turned out obviously more green, but in the end I ran with it. I am not unhappy with the results. You can see the obvious Kaple influence in the form of painted-on nicks and scratches on the armour. In addition, I took it a step further and added a scar over one eye -- unfortunately, I rather flubbed the photo job due to the odd angle so the shadows make it tough to see. Kep
