Tunnel Dweller / Daemon Prince

Hi folks ! Here's my own vision of the tunnel dweller, I went for a maggot-like abdomen as you see. I wanted to use both weapons so I made a left hand with the right hand with sword. Also wanted wings, but the Winged Fallen ones were too big to fit well, so I used GW's daemon prince ones. The tongue was broken when I tried to cut it from the sprue, so the one you see is a GS one. This model was a true challenge to assemble and to paint, but I think the result was worth the pain, or at least, I hope so.

@Stickman824 : you are criticizing the model itself from Heresy Miniatures, not my work. the worm body, torso and wepaons are from the original model of Heresy, only the wings are not.

too much going on here... big bloated worm body, and then skinny little deamon prince torso ...I'd use the same lower half with a plastic ogre torso or something equally "pudgy" ... Wings on a worm ? ??? huh. Also... the weapons don't really fit the pose and layout well... maybe look at two weapons with small hafts , like swords/axes, or one large polearm type weapon ... Great imagination, and uniqueness...this is definitely a vs1.0 ... I'd redo this model with some different bitz and I bet the 2.0 version would be ten times better.

Brrr, that looks really disgusting. Great Idea. I don't know how a tunnel dweller must look, with or without wings, who cares anyhow this one looks great with wings.
