Yeah, I thought he was an Uruk - Hai aswell. The photo's so dark, I would barely be able to see it if it wasn't for that bright white face... but the detail is impossible to see.

The rock base looks promising but quite frankly, the photo is so awful that I thought he was a LOTR Uruk-hai...
