Swooping Hawk Exarch
Why so dark? My craftworld is Ulthwe, and there was a reference in the 2nd edition codex to Swooping Hawk colour schemes including night sky colours. So I went with a twilight sky colour scheme for the unit. And yes he has the most overrated weapon combo that sends inexperienced whiners into a tizzy: The web of skulls from the old DR exarch and a slightly modified helmet round out the look of my favourite Eldar unit in my collection.
