Ouch, man!! Black Templars Librarian?? Black Templars HATE psykers, they are killing them as heretics... Other then that, mini is painted well, especially the face is beautifull. I Don't like the colours of both weapons, though. A '7' for painting and '-1' for BT psyker and weapons colours :D
