Fabius Bile - Captain of the Emperor's Children
Fabius Bile around the time of the Heresy, based on the painting found in 'The Horus Heresy Vol. III: Visions of Treachery' This is a work in progress and is as such unfinished. With this miniature I tried to make the power armour look as huge as it does in much of the 40k artwork without putting it too much out of scale with normal space marines. To achieve this end I used a smaller head, terminator lower legs, a mixture of metal and plastic torso and large shoulder pads. This gave the armour the chunky look I was going for. This will probably end up being my 40k single miniature for Golden Demon 2005, however my main project for GD will take precedence over this, and as the deadline is steadily approaching, this probably won't be finished in time. :( Please feel free to leave constructive criticism
