Hello! Last week, I took a Southwest Airlines DCA Terminal and to be honest, it was a good experience. My journey began peacefully because the terminal wasn't packed. The Southwest employees were there to assist if necessary, and the kiosk I used to check in operated flawlessly. Before boarding, I even had time to sit down and eat. The boarding procedure was well-organized, and the announcements were unambiguous. There was nothing wrong with the Southwest Airlines. I would absolutely take this route once more if I were traveling to the East Coast.
