About

Hey, name is Dave, I've been painting for about 10 years now, but that has been with traditional mediums (oils on canvas) but just got into painting minis this month. I've dabbled with miniatures before, but never really had the perseverance to complete one, nor really knew what I was doing with them. I joined a modeling club in my hometown, and learned a lot from the older members about different techniques and supplies, although it was mostly with plastic models. I do enjoy building models, but I never settle for "out of the box" and even though I build primarily Gundam models, all the modifications to them can get pretty pricey. And since right now I have limited funds I thought I would get back into painting miniatures, since I can get one for about $6 from my neighborhood gameshop and spend who knows how long painting it ^_^ Anyways, since I am a noob in the land of mini's, please offer any criticism as to where I can improve since I don't do this to put pieces on a table top. I want each mini to look as best as possible.
