Lurking day?

Got a CO (carbon monoxide) alarm? (looks kinda like a smoke detector).

A couple of them actually; changed the batteries in them a couple of weeks ago.

Something from the play? Alergy to the makeup? (spirit gum or remover? for that stache)

Not sure. We'd been doing full dress rehearsals in the days before the actual performances, so I would think that it would show up before then. Of course, maybe it took time to soak in.

Oh, and the mustache is mine; it's not a fake one.

@Vike: good advice; thanks. ;)

Pretty sure that if you get carbon monoxide poisoning you will get nauseous before losing consciousness. Losing consciousness from CO poisoning can be almost instantaneous if it's concentrated enough.

Sounds like an acute asthma attack to me. I've been an asthmatic all my life and I get an attack like that about every 5 years or so.

Did they look into that possibility? You may need to go on maintenance meds or at least get a rescue inhaler in case it happens again.

If it is asthma, there is a good chance it would show no symptoms or lagging problems after the attack.

If they haven't already checked into it, you might see about the possibility.

:confused2: Hmm... Well, I hope you get it figured out. It's scary enough that it happened, but there's something that much more unsettling about not knowing why.

Hopefully it was a one-time freak reaction to something and you'll never almost die again. Or at least until you...

...well, nevermind. :shut-mouth:
