Please be gentle, I know it's flawed, but C & C is welcome, the base isn't finished because I have a resin base insert I intend to use.

Also, I have no idea why the one with the backdrop worked out darker.

flawed maybe, but he's pretty nice. a couple of blends are a little rougher than they could be but overall, he alright. only thing that sticks out are the middle horns have some random blobs on them. that and the base. sort it out!! get that resin insert

Highlights could be crisper, I suppose, but I like it quite a bit.

Theres a real richness to the red color...Very good.

Post it again with the new base!

Very odd figure! But it isn't a conversion and it's perfect for my roleplay character, lol.

I did notice the blobby horns after I had posted it , I intend to go back and re work those, I was a bit cack handed with them, and yes, the eye,that was a tremendous pain in the ass, I may just go back and paint that in reverse, black first then a lick of yellow.

If you are feeling uber-ambitious, you might wanna try some freehand along the sleeves or cuffs. It would really help break up all that red.

Quite good painting. The blendings on red aren't very good and I think you could shade red a bit more but you painted good details: I really like the blueish tones one the head and the horns are well done.

Omg triceratops and kung-fu! This is an indication that there might already be raptors on hoverboards! Flee you fools.

As for the painting, keep working on the highlights. The green could be pushed a little lighter, but the miniature is clean. Just keep on trying.

does he have a belt? by the looks of the rear shot i would think not which is a shame really, some high contrast in the middle would look the dogs bolloc.......oh sorry guys, there's my mother at the door....

looking forward to seeing this boy (or lizard? lol) taking shape mate, keep at it :)

uh i thought it was a green rhino-ninja at first sight ;) but yeah, probably more lizardy. however, a very cool mini, not something you see evey day!

Just a quick update, because the more I look at it, the rougher I realise the blends on those reds are, this is not great photography, these are just snapshots with the base included.

The base is the only thing I have added anyway, I'venot really done any further work on the model as yet.
