I have been (slowly!) working on this sculpt for a while now - a Pyramid Head from the video game \'Silent Hill\'. The pose and proportions has been based on the movie interpretation of the creature.

Any constructive criticism or tips? Particularly advice on technique for sculpting muscles and ideas for the metal head

i would say that looking at the pic , you need to smooth out your putty on the robe. file it down a little and add a few folds in the cloth. obviously, deatil still needs to be added to the helmet thing. i would use something other than gs to add sharp details on that as it does not give a very good edge (maybe add some milliput to it or use procreate). nice shape on the arms. can\'t wait to see more of this

Generally topics that aren't in the first page or two are too old to be bringing up again unless you have something significant to contribute :)

1) no project is ever scrapped! just put to one side and reserved for another lifetime ;-)
2) the silent hill diorama linked by 'daemon boy' is awesome! this was a great source of inspiration :)
3) anyone who loves and is inspired by survival horror video games should join the 'survival horror junkies' group ive set up on the forum. current population: me! its a riot, lol!
