Looking for a line of miniatures.....

Do any of you recall a set of very off the wall miniatures?

I think they were some sort of post apocolyptic clowns-gang The sculpting was fantastic. Specifically I'm thinking there was this very big African dude as kind of a giant/mutant thing. I think he was carrying a street sign or something similar as a weapon (tire axel maybe?)

Ringing any bells?

depends on how you see a giant. he's pretty massive iirc, saw the green at salute. on of the must buys for me
