Painted him over this weekend. (why is it so dam fun to paint dwarfs??)
It calmed me after the balls up at work on Friday.
I'm happy with the result.
Not the best photos I know but has anybody got any tips for some improvement.
(The patience is slowly coming the more I paint.)

Of course...............................Painting grumpy little B*stards is fun.
Finding something that you can complete in a short time is also very relaxing, the sense of having a successfull lump in your hand (Don't go there!) does wonders for inner peace. (Well sometimes).

As for improvement well what would you like to improve?
Do you want to get Lifelike faces?
Higher contrast?
Realistic clothing?
There are so many areas in painting figures that I can't TELL you what needs improving, only ask you what you want to see your painting end up like.
Take a look in the galleries and find something that you like, post a link and ask for suggestions as to how to get closer to it.

Always remember the longest journey starts with a single step.:brushlick:
