Hello fellow CMONs

I just cannot find Death Guard painting tutorials over the internet, just the ones on Don Ulfos page which i dont really like.
This is the wrong forum for such requests but at least its about 40k so maybe someone can help me out here

I'd be interested in seeing one that doesn't involve an airbrush (as I don't own one). Even if it wasn't a video but a blog post with photos...
I've been working on my death guard for a little while now and the "grungey, eroded" feel I'm going for isn't translating well. It just looks like a sloppy paint job.

Heres how I do my plague marines(all boltguns are given a heavy drybrush of tin bits and then a light drybrush of boltgun metal around the sides)1) heavy drybrush with camo green2) wash of badab black & devlain mud3) light drybrush of rotting flesh4) VERY LIGHT highlight of bleached bone^^^^^^how I used to do itHere's an alternative:1) drybrush graveyard earth2) drybrush camo green3) light drybrush of rotting fleshNOW here's how I do it now :D1) SUPER HEAVY DRYBRUSH of Knarloc green2) lighter drybrush of camo green3) lighter drybrush of rotting flesh4) (optional) lightest highlight on areas that light or mould would grow, bleached bone.(the forums put it like that. Sorry!)

This one doesn't use airbrush. It does use the old GW paint names though.

Hope it helps.
