Yeah - I agree they are overly long, but it makes it a little different and the quality of the rest of it makes it easy to forgive the claws.

Great interview DFB! I remember that artwork! I always loved it! Very cool to finally put a face to the name - and a little history too. And I had to laugh, he is oh so right about the editors! That's why I didn't focus on young adult with my writing, unfortunately the adult editors aren't much better. lol! Interesting read, thanks for posting.

Since this popped up, thought I'd throw a link in to Lady Mechanica. Not really into busts, and the minis look to be larger scale, but thought it would be interesting to several people here. (Hint: Click on Additional Images below the main pic). Click on the author's name, and you can see others that he's made. Here's a full figure of Lady Mechanica, too.

Pricey for me for sure. Nice to look at though.

Damn, but I must be getting old when Buxom Leather Clad ladies just elicited a "meh!" reaction.

DragonsReach - I will be perusing the internet scouring for cool stuff over the start of next week so I will see if I can find something to arouse your interest.

Kathryn - Glad you enjoyed - keep your eyes peeled for more stuff soon. I have a couple more people I'd like to feature if I can get hold of them.
