Hi guys decided to do a general submisions thread and will do the same on the WIP.

Right been very very busy, going to enter the SALUTE competition in London in a couple of weeks so I have picked one of my favourite minis. A rackham confrontation lion army standard bearer; painted it to the best of my abiliity and cast the base myself from a hirst miniatures mould changed it loads and done my signature cobwebs still a little bit of work to do on it but not so much.

My first attempt at free hand took bloody ages and ages to get any were near right whole different skill set from mini painting I found but over all pleased with the results.

Got to say a huge thanks to 10 ball and milosh for loads of crits and excellent suggestions :good:

Actualy here's some more photos with a bit more work done some more on the base enough to post now me thinks when i do a proper set of photos with backdrop etc. I have a sbs that I will put on the WIP forum

people seem rather lazy on this forum the base is looking pretty sweet, love the webs. really like the freehand aswell, looking smooth overall, not a great fan of the lion however, but hard to do anything about, just dislike having such a big brown area in the middle of a nice banner.

I watched the project from the start and its turned out a real beaut mate. Really good work, pat yourself on the back.

Man oh man he turned out to be a beaut. Great work sir, this should do well at salute and know I will be pulling for you. I knew you couldn't keep him underwraps until the comp.

Well you know Milosh it wouldn't have turned out half as well without the support given by yourself and 10 ball. Thanks again for everything; I hope the student has pleased the master :wink:

Was gonna have a pile up of bodies at the bottom but I thought that would be silly and i never do silly .....honest

Please Andy, Don't.
Reason being in a wip thread not a problem to trawl down to the bottom IF I Can Be Bothered. With a bulk submissions thread it just says "here's more of my cr*p".
Keep each one separate and you show respect to your own work.

Lono's specific project works on 666 minis well because it is a specific project, but just tagging more stuff onto the same thread.......as I said.
