A wish list for Zombicide support items

You know, things that enhance game play but not needed to play.

I would like to see:
  1. Blank tiles - write and wipe white w/light grey grid on one side and clear protective sleeve on the other for customized layouts.
  2. Acrylic tokens for some of the more used game tokens.
  3. Free standing doors that open and close.

What would enhance your game?

Ideas from below:

  1. 3D vehicles
  2. Sound Tokens

Cool ideas :) Plastic cars and all would be great!

One issue I could see with 3D cars is that the KickStart game-play video showed the cop car with four circles on it, which I'm assuming are 'seats' for the survivors to be placed on - how would you represent the same thing?

Hmmmm...... you could use tokens resting ON the car.

I have ordered from Litko, very nice people but last year they were swamped. They have items licensed for Zombies!!! Another mom & pop is gdesignsinc.com, they were very easy going.

Something else that occurred to me is clips to hold the tiles together may be helpful. At least for clumsy people like me.

Finally, my sleep deprived mind has been churning on the door idea. I have a bunch of plasticard and can find balsa wood easily. Also wondered about making a resin door frame that looks like it was knocked out of a brick building.

Thought it would be useful to have sound markers in acrylic, given how often they are moved
on the board.

Does anyone know how long the sounds persist? Also, numbering them so you know the most recent noise if a zombie is equidistant between multiple tokens may be helpful.

LEGO also sells door frames (and doors) in the pick-a-brick section on their website. Those are almost perfectly scaled, too.

No, he's right when he says 25cm x 25cm. But even still a full board with nine tiles should fit on most tables.

25mm I hope, or it'll be tough to find the space to play.

25mm might make it hard to find space for the minis on the board!!!

lol

A full 9-tile (3x3) board will over-hang my kitchen table by a cm or so either side!
(width wise it's ok, but I couldn't get a 18 tile (6x3) board on there)

Am thinking about getting a couple of 75cm x 75cm chipboard boards to place on top of the table.
Possibly slightly larger - to give space to character cards, etc.

If I make it too big, though, I'll have trouble fitting it in my flat!

3D doors, and vehicles would be great...

I do like the idea of multi-layer maps and it will be something I am going to be doing...

What about sewer entrances, so we can do sewer missions/scenarios. or something 3D for the spawning areas of the zombies...

Cheers
LGW
