GW Dark Vengeance 40k starterbox - unpacking

GWINDI Tabletop-Store has released a unpacking video of the new Dark Vengeance 40k starterbox.

Fortunately, they know nothing about GW's memo that forbids this kind of thing before release day :) Good for us!

Here the link - I personally cant wait to get my hands on it... One or two more days :D

You will also find an exclusive GW RSS subscriber video on the design of the Hellbrute at that link.

I can't wait either!
I'm going to do a review on our sites facebook page with a non hobbyist doing one half and me the other and gaming our way through the scenarios

Spent a couple of hours yesterday painting the Chaos lord and and chapter master for the local store. Very nice models both of them. I was impressed that they've managed having almost no mould lines on the Chaos Lord because of how it was cast. I don't think there's a really poor model in there from what I could see.

That's quite nice to know. I'm almost tempted to split a set between me and my brother - though we'd likely both want to do the Chaos ones :D

I hope they fix the finecast as I really like the material if it's a good cast. I'm very disappointed that they haven't managed so far and that some batches still are utter crap.

That or move to another resin-material. There is still a definite difference in quality of the sculpts you can make for plastics and metal/resin even if the gap is getting smaller. You have to work with the limitations in plastic.

I prefer resin over plastics. I would love to get this box set so i could paint he miniatures. Unfortunately, we just moved, so I am not financially able to.
