Noob Question About KS Pledge

Kickstarter has your order. They took your money, and are relaying the customer info to Guillotine Games. Once Guillotine Games has your info from kickstarter, they will send you an email.

Yup, it was the same way back during the first Kickstarter campaign. Just wait until CMON sends you an email with a link to the Pledge Manager. Once there you'll verify your mailing address and then be able to "spend" any monies you pledged, plus add more money if you wanted to buy anything else (you can always add more, but never reduce your initial pledge amount). I think the email arrived 2-3 weeks after the Kickstarter ended last time.

You can blame your fellow backers for the delay! Amazon collects the payments, but gives backers a reasonable time to cough up the dough in case of any credit card collection problems. Projects won't even know the correct amount of money the KS made until a week or so after the KS ends!

Hello, everybody!
I'm still a pledger.
Today I get a mail. Choose wishing positions.
But I was confused by the next message: "After submitting the survey, please contact the project creator to discuss shipping options." I absolutely do remember that specify a delivery outside the U.S. And pointed to the amount including shipping (35$).
Should I contact on this issue with Guillotiners?
I'm still a pledger.

What they sent out was a preliminary survey. Some of the items need more time to be produced so they're trying to get an idea of what people want to order. This isn't the 'official' survey, that will come later. They just want us to indicate what we plan to get. As far as I know you're allowed to change your mind.
Hellogre, I don't remember seeing anything about shipping... the amount listed under the pledge ($35, though some pledges were more or less) should be the correct amount. But you could send an email just to be sure. I'd send it through kickstarter. On the zombicide page at the right you'll see "project by coolminiornot" and under that "contact me." I'd use the contact me to see if anything else is required.

If you log in to kickstarter there might be a banner across the top of the page about the survey or a message from zombicide or something like that. If not I'd wait until Monday and if you still haven't heard anything then use the "contact me" link to see what's going on.

They are coming out, as I completed mine yesterday. Actually I was checking on the "Myth" kickstarter when I noticed the global message for it.

I realize this thread has been around for a bit, but if anyone reading this is having any trouble with Kickstarter, send us an email at kickstarter@cmon.com. We've got a bit of a backlog at the moment but we'll definitely take care of everyone.
Just to clarify how things work, surveys are not sent to anyone that did not select a specific reward level. If you don't tell Kickstarter that you want items, they don't ask you which items you want. We also initially had things set up so you also did not get added to the pledge manager if you did not select a reward level, for the same reason. We've since changed that around to include everyone that pledged at least $1. If you didn't pick a reward level and you still haven't received a pledge manager link, let us know!
