sedition wars hurley warped

My sedition wars box has been on the back burner of my paint box until jow and I just discovered that the hurley that cames in the main box is warped pretty badly. I know about the hot water and ice trick for resin, but I am not sure I can get thus guy bent true because of the odd way he is warped. Is this a common problem? Does bending him ac6ually help or sh0uld I contact the McVey's about a replacement?

Pics? Hurley is a big blob of plastic. I'm not even sure how he could be warped.

I don't know which one you are on about but I had a couple of big ones that were warped so much that the two haves were almost half a centimetre apart. Put the two halves in a cup of warm water, held together et voila! Perfect match

@freak - Hurley is the gun drone for the vanguard. I have no idea why he's called Hurley, but that's what all the folks over on the McVey forums call him. I have to confess struggling to see how he could be warped, too. @CT - is it the gun that's warped?

Maybe it's called Hurley because it hurls shells at the enemy? Maybe Tommie will chime in with a cool story about how it got it's name?

Well that's what it's called in the rulebook, scenarios, fluff and on the card itself. So where the name came from, it's not a nickname.

I managed to get a warped Hurley as well,I still have it but managed to get a replacement through the CMON guys so you'll need to contact them and not Studio McVey.If I could supply pictures I would but basically the main body is all out of symmetry with no way of getting it to look 'right'.I was also missing an antenna for the Hurley and 5 bases which was all taken care of.

Thanks for the replies all- I was away from the net for a few days, hence the lack of replies. I'll contact CMON and see about a replacement.

I'd try the hot water first, took me 2 mins to sort out mine
