Wow that looks great! It looks like it is fun to paint. The gold is coming out really nice. If it were me the skin would be done. Do you have more plans for it?

Yeah might give it some pale spotting on the underneath of the tail will see though.

That Blue skin just really pops nicely. It also makes the NMM gold pop as well. Ace stuff Andy.

finished him but i am going to build a jungle plinth around a gaming base just plug him in. This is the plinth I've chosen got to get on with it now. Here's some update pics.

Thanks for the nice comments! The gold was an experiment glazing over the top of my normal gold with oop citadel yellow ink very pleased i must say.

So working on a plug in base for the lad still got to do quite a bit label etc etc. Uber shyte photos but you get the idea. Will photo agai in decent lighting with backdrop etc when done.

Thank you lads; yes Milosh it is a manzanita burl base off your mate in the states. Starting to slowly run out of them now only got 3 left! Watcha Zab yeah the bases are lovely I got a really good shipment of them of a guy called Steve Scott a friend of Milosh. He did a truly excellent job and they have really made the figs pop. If you message Milosh I'm sure he can put you in touch.

He was looking very (very) good before you based him but now he looks even better! It really sets him off a treat.

Lovely work! I like the basing very much.
I always feel like a nice scenic base and some good weathering enhance the character of the model ever so much. They give a sort of moment out of a story if you catch my drift.
