Thanks guys, glad you like them. They aren't my normal size so I am pleased with how they are turning out. Maxx is right, they are both Mcvey figures. Thank for the heads up on the contest Bailey, I might enter these in it for fun.

Started on a slight conversion of a Kabuki figure. I have always liked this figure but she has a pin head. I still had the extra head from the KD white speaker so I chopped the pin head off the figure and added the KD head. A little better proportion but I must say, my luck with Kabuki castings is terrible. This thing had flash and bad mold lines all over her. Let me know what you think.

Great start sir, the head works really well. I'm guessing the veil will be done in your awesome sheer .
You've not had much luck with these models ! Is that a fracture on the back of the right knee or a mark on the picture ?

Thanks WGS. Not sure which defect you mean, she has some pretty deep muscle cuts.

Man, that white speaker has been working out! She's a bit buffer than I remember her being.

Yeah, the original head on that figure is really tiny. Like they stuck a 28mm head on a 54mm figure. Nice solution. The skin looks good so far. Looking forward to the rest.

I think I recognize that nippl- um, mini. Kyra right? Her large scale bust was everywhere for a while there (both those statements seemed less perverse in my mind). I like the head swap.

Yes, very good choice on the head. Fits perfectly!
As for the skin I think it looks very good, only the picture seems a bit dark over all...
I think I know what wargamesculptor means: In the second picture it seems like the kneebend on the right seems a bit coarse. I thinks it's not very well casted and not proper sanded. Happens to me more than I am willing to admit though. :/ You clean the miniature, think you got all mold lines and rough spots, than prime the miniature and give it a base coat only to find more flaws on the mini. ARRRGGGG!!!

thanks guys. I see what WGS and CP were talking about (good eyes). I went in and scrapped the blemish away and repainted the area. Kabuki really should find a new caster, not a single figure from them is in a good shape out of the box.


I did some more work on her and made the ground she will be standing on, Just need to pour the water and make a water fall.

I don't think I am going to do sheer on the eye cover, but now that you mention it, it might be cool to do.

That base really fits the mini: epic looking. I also think that sheer effect on the veil would be cool.

Thanks guys. Still thinking about doing the sheer or not. I re-positioned her hand and removed part of the handle of the ax to fit the spear. I think this spear came off the white speaker kit but I can't be 100% about that.

Dang Milosh, you always have really great idea's for putting life into your stuff. I've got some pin ups and a Bust to do when i finish some malifaux stuff. I shall be hitting you up for advice soon

Thanks Zab, i got in on the pre-order for this girl. She is pretty awesome. Thanks WGS, I have not decided on a twist for her. Maybe a hunger games theme since she is messing with some arrows. The back of her skirt actually has an arrow shot through it.
