10ball: there are no words to describe just how much you are the man!

I will share the voting link on my Facebook page very soon! To anybody who may like this little chap (the clown, not 10ball!), resin casts will be available from April Fools Day!

Cheers to Moonmin for an awesome sculpt. And thanks to Ten for a wonderful story filled scene. Outstanding work to both of you. I find projects like this very inspiring and refreshing, thanks again both of you for that.

Dude you are as busy as a beaver! :D
Great work on the water base and the clown diorama.

The waves on the base look absolutely great I am just not shure about the blue coloring of the water. A bit more desaturated green would have been a bit more realisitcally I think. Very curious how it will look in the end with the miniature on top. :)

And damn that clown is scary. :D He should take some sedatives to calm the fuck down. ;)

Clowns are disitlled evil, tailored by the dark forces for a particular mix of fear and discomfort.

I had to catch up a bit on this thread, you've been very busy! I really like what you're doing with Jason and that base. Very cool. Nicely done on that shield. Looks like you're getting a lot more comfortable with freehand work. And of course the scary clown scene is fantastic.

Love the clown scene but could you please paint more slowly and only on one project at a time. Your provoking my painting insecurities with all this speedy multitasking!

Thanks all :)

Sproket - Dave im trying to make you rush lol !!

Painting the top of my banner for the jungle squad, thought I would do a quick sbs. (this about 2 hours work)
All paints are old GW, shouldnt be to hard to match in others.

1, base coat in calthan brown, then 2-3 stages of highlights by adding bleached bone.

2, further highlights by adding bleached bone, then washed in places with dark flesh.

3, now shading down again with purples, then glazing with sun yellow.

4, some extreme highlights with pure white. It may seem only 4 stages but really there is about 8 if you include all the glazing and blending over the stages.

Nice! Now tarnish it. Those Catachan boys don't really keep anything but their firing chambers clean ;)

You have a lot of things going and they all look great. Clowns scare the hell out of me but it is still good to look at.

Hey thanks for the lovely SBS Ten. We've talked a little bit about doing NMM in small places. In regards to your brush work, is it safe to say that, at least in some places, you more or less dabbled the paint on?

I like how everyone is screaming except for the dude with the cigar. He's just hanging out with his flamer like "I'll get excited when they get closer..."
