Stunning. Voted! I'm a little shocked too with the haters lately. P&P will give you a more realistic score. I personally think you should have to own the score you give and have your name linked to it, that would eliminate the haters as they generally can't take what they dish out.

Excellent scene! Love it again... You are producing so many mini at this really great level, how do you achieve this? are you still sleeping?
Me too quite disappointed in the gallery, I am not sure it is hater, but simply people that don' t really understand the efforts which are put to achieve this result, any way I use the gallery more for a neat clean place to store pictures on my finished mini, and it pushed me to take proper pictures etc...

Obviously I don't have much gallery experience, but I can see your frustration. My piece started out very low and has been steadily climbing since. I think, since voting on your bust, that your score too has gone way way up. Still not the sub 9 it deserves, but it is scoring nicely. The only thing I can say about this is that it's art, and some people find the Mona Lisa to be crap. Or look at the people that pay hundreds of thousands for this post-modern, avant garde stuff. Check out the 4 year old girl, Marla, who scribbles paint on canvas and sells it for thousands (and people even say it's a sham). We are going to have our detractors, but I suppose it stings worse when you know it's some punk kid just going around giving 1s and 2s.

This has to be one of the most original setting I've seen for a mini 10! Lovely work!
As for the voting, I would´t give that much importance: you might have a spotless work and photos but if the mini is not a hot item, you'll still suffer for it, never mind work quality. Don't know the other place, but if you feel that it's better go for it

Putty and paint has more of a fair voting system because you only have one vote so it carnt be open to multi voting etc. + its an invite only site so no teenage trolls
Been involved in some long projects of late so I thought I would do a quick fun project, a duel idea that's been rattling around in my head for sometime.

Sorry about the low scores on your bust. To me, it seems to be a really incredible paint job. Maybe your best ever? I hope you take it to some real contests.
I think a lot of the "pro-painter" types post all their wip stuff on Facebook then tell all their followers to come and vote here so you get some weird traffic coming through. I see some gamer oriented high table top stuff with an "8.8" and like 300 votes in the first couple of days and i assume that's the case.

Wasn't CMON looking at some forumn changes a year or two ago? Did anything significant actually change? I would think this site would benefit from one vote per member (assuming you can change your vote when you jphit the wrong button).
Grrr...one of these days i will throw this iPad in the dumpster where i take my lunch break. Stupid touch screen key board.....
