Thanks, all I'll try to rise to the challenge!
It was like turning back into a pumpkin after the ball, or whatever--as soon as I hopped into the car for the drive home from the con, I felt myself getting sick. Have had a head cold since then. BUT, new project!
Since I somehow wound up with a buttload of Malifaux stuff, I'm deciding to use the new Rasputina as my Khadoran Arcanist-Investigator character in an IKRPG game coming up.
Aaaand here's another one I got from the con that I'm excited about, couldn't find pictures before:
She's resin, so naturally the first thing I did was...break her pinky finger off. -_-

Ooooh I like her! Do her up entirely in SENMM. Maybe even gold SENMM.
Also , with your taste I think you'd do really well with Guild of Harmony minis.

BloodFather, you're mostly right--Guild of Harmony makes some damn cool minis, it's just my aversion to ruffles that keeps me from hoarding them all in the to-be-painted pile. Floofy dresses just do not melt my cheese. And also, I kinda love the idea of the Banshee (I think she's called) in NMM. Why you gotta spring good ideas on me at the start of a packed semester, huh?
Got some work done on not-Rapsutina tonight. I think I need to bring another intermediate color into the skirty part of her coat, the contrast is sort of harsh and weird, but I'm enjoying using grays. Nice change from all the, uh...brown. (And I know about the mold line on the pants. It shall be no more.)
