Question on yellow potion

We have been playing it as also means to rest at the end of a character's activation if he has it in his possession. I just had a bit of doubt as this kind of use is like the green potion x 3 essentially. Are we allowed to use it this way?

As far as I can tell, it's the Hero rather then the player that gets the turn. The only option it to activate the Hero, the potion can't be used to rest the Guild.

Yes that is correct.

With the Extra Turn Potion you activate the hero again who performed the last turn. You have two turns with the same hero. The hero is activated twice.
(At the back of one´s mind: On your turn you can only use Rest or Activate a Hero.)

If you see this. You see that you cant rest in the second turn, because the Extra Turn Potion says that you must activate the same hero again.
The Extra Turn Potion gives another hero turn not another player turn.

Sure thing! Yep, the Extra Turn potion can only be used to give the hero another full activation. It can't be used to rest.
