Name price for KD Flower Knight

I need to get my hands in this lovely mini. I can't seem to find a legitimate copy of this after about 6 months of looking. I refuse to hurt the industry by going to one of those knock off websites and getting a poor quality cast...but I am starting to think that this is the ONLY way...please, if you have this figure and can part with it, I'll pay your first offer, within reason....thank you!!!

KD:M releases approximately June 2015, if I recall correctly. That'll put a lot of plastic Flower Knights on the market, I reckon. Just hang on for a while.

and going from images / plastic pinups, there won't be a lot of differences compared to the resin.

- edges a bit more crisp, more defined

of course if you can get it for a good price now, then there is no shame having two of them


edit: ohh and another month passed + Xmas coming up.. I expect a KD store update on Friday or next Monday.
(aaand I'll get my October order around feb...., yesterday I got the email, that it has been posted now and lately it takes 8 weeks to get here from the us)

Isn't the plastic Flower Knight supposed be be even larger than its resin counterpart? I remember seeing sprues of comparison or something.

yep it is a bit larger too (not that the current one isn't surprisingly large).

ok, when that time sensitive, then KS ones are not an option. In that case 2 possibilities remain:
- hope for a restock(and being on time to buy) of FK in the KD-store
- e(vil)bay.

right now I see the following there (6days... could go as high as 150$ at the end, but it's your best choice atm (besides finding someone who'd part with it) ):

as for the 8 weeks: no idea why. cfwheeler's conf figures arrived within a week, normal from other US shops is about 2 weeks. KD is the only one, where it takes that long and even for them only since about 2014.

IMHO I don t think you will get it in 2015 at all (!), considering how many times KD Poots has delayed actually release of the game so far.
Based on clear fasts so far, there is always something more to take care of, every single time another reason for not to actually sent the game out, followed by huge amounts of text and promises of "gifts" as a sort of compensation for so many delays - everything is pointed in trying to explain the obvious fact - yet another delay. As a backer, I am very disappointed with those decisions of theirs, but nothing can be done about it (caveat emptor, I suppose).
The mini sometimes pops out in their shop, but you have to be quick enough to get it (a very large percentage is taken by ebay sharks). Also, it is questionable will you be able to get it in resin, because KD Poots decided to make further models in plastic (you can never tell with KD).
So - ebay is your best shot, if you are willing to pay a price.

Mark77, I understand your frustration entirely. Sounds a hell of a lot like many other very promising miniature kickstarters. There are many excuses, indeed, and many times they are very honest concerning them; "I am not a businessman so was unprepared with how to deal with..." is a common legitimate, though no less painful, reason for a delay. It's is companies like Mierce and KD that can best get away with it without having to offer up huge refunds, simply put because of the quality of their sculpts. A company like FairyTale miniatures, with very good but not near KD products, is forced to recoup the losses. Most I know who pledged to any KD KS were very pleased, despite delays.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

I am fortunate to be blessed with a good friend, whom was willing to offer me his resin Flower Knight because he would be receiving a plastic one in the next KS campaign, but mostly because he is one cool dude, AND he did so at a very reasonable price. A good man, Bailey03. Damn good man....
