Non-receipt from RAFM. Should I file a credit card fraud report?

I paid for some items from RAFM on 7 Dec 2014, and they say they mailed it out on 18 December. It's now 12 Feb 2015 and nothing has arrived, and when I emailed them they said it is not uncommon for items to take 8 weeks to arrive. And nothing more. I thought they would at least offer to do some tracking, after all I spent more than $100CAD. I'm living in Singapore but usually items I buy from the USA arrive in a week or 2.

Has anyone encountered this kind of thing from RAFM before?

If you paid by credit card it should be insured, might be worth contacting your bank and ask for some advice.

What shipping method did they use? If surface mail the it might take that long but could easily be lost in transit too!

You are covered section 75 as far as i remember as the cc company is jointly liable with the retailer for the goods services. Contact them and ask to speak to the back office bods saying the goods haven't arrived and that you should be covered.

reporting it is always good.

but I had the 8+ week shipping with Kingdom Death last year. Only from them it took 8-9 weeks to get my package, while from others(private persons, hlj.com, cmon store) 1 or 2.

Oh, I had a package from kingdom death arrive in just 2 weeks. Most items from the USA take 1-2 weeks to arrive, 4 at the most so far.

Having the same problem with War Web Old Glory Miniatures. Last year it took a order 3 months to be filled properly AFTER I E-mailed them a few times. Nov 5th of last year I sent another order and STILL have not received it. Sent them a WTH e-mail after 2 months and they gave me a cash back option..Still ain't got the minis or the cash and they are not answering my E-mails now. Suspect cash flow issues (never a good sign) Sucks paying with Pay Pal, they get your cash now. IF I ever do business with them again it will be by credit card. Funny thing is they are in the same state I live in.

I got the October KD releases last week (and the Xmas ones this week)... The whole 2014 was like that.

Sucks paying with Pay Pal, they get your cash now.

as far as I know paypal changed their policy so you are allowed to complain for 180 days instead the 45 before. So I'd open a case by paypal because of them.
